Counselling for young adults

Life in your late teens and twenties can come with a lot of pressure.

I enjoy working with younger adults who are navigating anxiety, identity, relationships, family experiences, university, work and the shift into adult life.

You might be dealing with…

Feeling behind compared with other people. Worrying about what you should be doing with your life. Struggling with confidence or social situations. Feeling overwhelmed by university, work or family expectations. Or perhaps something from earlier life is beginning to make more sense now that you are older.

These experiences can overlap. You do not need to decide which “issue” you have before starting counselling.

A space where you can be honest

Counselling can give you a place to talk without needing to protect, reassure or please the people around you. We can explore how you feel, what you need and where certain patterns may have come from.

My style is collaborative and non-judgemental. I will not tell you how your life should look. We work together to understand what matters to you.
