Current availability is Thursdays between 10am and 7pm. Additional days may be added later depending on room availability.

Before your first session.
Do I need to know exactly what I want to talk about?
No. It is completely fine to begin with a general sense that something feels difficult, confusing or stuck. We can explore that together.
Who do you work with?
I currently work with adults aged 18 and over.
Are sessions online?
At the moment, I offer in-person counselling at the Woodbrooke Centre in Selly Oak.
How long is a session?
Each session is 50 minutes.
Where are you based?
I offer face-to-face sessions in a private space designed to feel safe and comfortable.
Are you BACP accredited?
I am a BACP registered counsellor.
How do I enquire?
Email is the best way to contact me. You do not need to include sensitive detail in your first message. A few lines asking about counselling and availability is enough. You can also request a phone or video call before committing to therapy, giving us an opportunity to talk and see whether working together feels right for you.
