Lois Moran after completing her degree

Hi, I’m Lois.

I’m a qualified relational integrative counsellor who is passionate, empathetic and dedicated to helping individuals navigate personal challenges.

My approach is integrative. That means I can draw from different counselling theories and interventions rather than expecting every person to fit one fixed model. My work has a strong person-centred focus, so your experience, pace and needs remain central.

I believe counselling can be a place to understand yourself more clearly, explore difficult experiences and notice patterns that may have developed over time.

My way of working

What relational integrative counselling means in practice.

“Relational” means the relationship between counsellor and client matters. I aim to build a genuine, respectful working relationship where you can feel heard and understood.

“Integrative” means I am able to bring together different counselling theories, ideas and techniques in a way that responds to you as an individual. There is no single formula you have to follow.

A person-centred focus means I will not position myself as the expert on your life. Instead, we work together to explore your experiences, feelings and choices in a way that helps you develop your own understanding.
